Bengaluru (Karnataka) [India], July 25: As India’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) ecosystem continues to accelerate its global impact, the third edition of the GCC Workplace Innovation Summit & Awards, India’s largest platform dedicated to the GCC ecosystem, will be held on 30-31 July 2026 at the Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park, Bengaluru.

Organised by Workplace Awards, an initiative of Zyoin Group, the two-day summit is expected to bring together more than 1,200 GCC leaders, representatives from 500+ Global Capability Centres, 200+ speakers, and feature 30+ keynote sessions, panel discussions, fireside chats, executive roundtables, and networking experiences, alongside recognising excellence through 150+ awards across organisational and individual categories.

With India’s GCC ecosystem now home to 2,100+ Global Capability Centres and projected to become a US$100 billion market by 2030, the summit aims to provide a platform for industry leaders to discuss the next phase of growth, innovation, leadership, talent, and enterprise transformation.

Across two days, the summit will bring together GCC leaders, policymakers, technology companies, consulting firms, investors, and ecosystem partners to explore the future of Global Capability Centres. Discussions will centre on the themes of collaboration across India’s GCC ecosystem and building GCCs that deliver innovation and business impact at scale, covering AI, engineering, workplace transformation, leadership, finance, talent strategy, digital operations, and the evolving role of GCCs as global innovation hubs.
