She also emphasised that data is the foundation of meaningful AI — stressing that without proper data collection, particularly through prevention-first approaches in healthcare, AI cannot deliver its true potential.
Encouraging Bihar’s entrepreneurial and tech spirit, she said the state has a unique energy that sets it apart, and called on innovators to bring their ideas to platforms like this for mentorship and promotion. “Bihar is going to be at the top in this platform,” she affirmed confidently.
